We carry a 90 day labor warranty, a one year limited compressor warranty (an extended 5 year option is available on some models), and a five year limited warranty covering the integrity of the cabinet construction. See warranty here. We don’t have a network of service agents, but Nelson cabinets are easily serviced by your local refrigeration specialist. In a warranty situation, you MUST call the factory at 800-922-7339 for assistance. Nelson will not reimburse a service agent for  replacement parts. The factory MUST supply the part by regular delivery in order for warranty costs to be covered. Our limited warranty covers labor costs for only 90 days from the date the cabinet ships from the factory. The limited one year warranty offered by the manufacturer of the compressor is honored by Nelson, but the replacement parts must be supplied by Nelson and the defective parts returned to Nelson.
