Carts for indoor use
A visual-style dipping cart works best indoors, where ambient conditions are controlled. If your Health Department requires a sink system, your cart will need a constant source of electric power to run the water heater and pressure pump. All of our sink components are NSF listed and we offer a hand-washing sink, a three-bowl utensil sink, and a combination of both sink systems. Lid locks and electronic temperature controls are included standard, with canopies and graphics being optional. All dipping carts with extensions are made to order.
Carts for outdoor use
An on-the-go cart with stainless steel insulated flip lids, our outdoor carts are available with a range of options and extensions. Cold plates are available to hold temperature during transit our while you’re at an event. As with our indoor carts, adding a sink system will require a constant source of electricity. The same options available on our indoor carts are available on our outdoor carts, including a hand-washing sink, a three-bowl utensil sink, and a combination of both systems, with lid locks and temperature controls also being standard. As with our indoor carts, our outdoor carts are 100% made to order.
